Chia Seeds are the tiny black seeds from the Salvia hispanica plant. Chia seeds are known as a superfood as they are full of nutrients , protein and fibre.

Chia seeds are highly nutritious, loaded with anti-oxidants. May help reduce the risk of heart disease and can be used as a weight-loss aid. They contain many important bone nutrients such as calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. No wonder they are known as a superfood. As an ingredient the seeds are very versatile and a great benefit is their ability to absorb liquid and form a gel, used as an egg replacement for those following a vegan diet in baking and also great for making chia pudding and thickening soups and smoothies, they can also be used to make a sugar-free jam.

Delivery is offered on a next day basis with orders dispatched from Monday to Friday.  Any orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day and any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Once dispatched, we will notify you by email.  Our courier will then notify you confirming the delivery details and a delivery slot if at all possible.

Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Should you need to return goods due to the products being faulty or incorrectly described, please contact us and we will arrange collection.

If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible prior to despatch..

We offer a full refund for returns and cancelations.   However, if the reason for refund is not due to faulty goods, then you must pay the costs of return.  We recommend that you return the products in their original packaging and use a tracked and signed for service to ensure that the products reach us safely.
