Mung Beans are rich in fibre, magnesium and potassium and are a great source of vegan protein and essential amino acids including phenylalanine and leucine.

Our dried Mung beans have a slightly sweet taste. They’re classed as being a legume and are an incredibly versatile cooking ingredient for dishes, such as soup and salads, stir-frys and curries.

Preparation guidelines: Rinse beans. Soak for 4-6 hours (or overnight). Place in a pan and cover with water above the beans. Simmer for 30-40 minutes until the beans are soft. Add to your favourite recipe.

Dry, whole, uniform colour of green.

Suitable for: Plant based diets, Vegans, Vegetarians, Kosher, Halal

Storage: Keep bags tightly closed after partial use. Store in a cool dry place.

Delivery is offered on a next day basis with orders dispatched from Monday to Friday.  Any orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day and any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Once dispatched, we will notify you by email.  Our courier will then notify you confirming the delivery details and a delivery slot if at all possible.

Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Should you need to return goods due to the products being faulty or incorrectly described, please contact us and we will arrange collection.

If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible prior to despatch..

We offer a full refund for returns and cancelations.   However, if the reason for refund is not due to faulty goods, then you must pay the costs of return.  We recommend that you return the products in their original packaging and use a tracked and signed for service to ensure that the products reach us safely.
