Chickpea - 500g

Chickpeas are a good source of protein, fibre, iron and vitamin B and are also known as garbanzo beans. They have a mild nutty flavour. and are commonly used in Mediterranean and middle eastern cuisine.

Preparation guidleines; Soak chickpeas in cold water for 8-12 hours or overnight. Drain and rinse thoroughly. Place the soaked chickpeas into a large saucepan of water. Bring to the boil and boil for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 85 minutes, until the chickpeas have softened but are slightly firm to the bite.

Suitable for: Plant based diets, Vegans, Vegetarians.

Storage: Keep bags tightly closed after partial use. Store in a cool dry place.

Delivery is offered on a next day basis with orders dispatched from Monday to Friday.  Any orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day and any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Once dispatched, we will notify you by email.  Our courier will then notify you confirming the delivery details and a delivery slot if at all possible.

Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Should you need to return goods due to the products being faulty or incorrectly described, please contact us and we will arrange collection.

If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible prior to despatch..

We offer a full refund for returns and cancelations.   However, if the reason for refund is not due to faulty goods, then you must pay the costs of return.  We recommend that you return the products in their original packaging and use a tracked and signed for service to ensure that the products reach us safely.
